How to Use

For best results, use a pea-sized amount twice a day, brushing for 2 minutes. Minimise swallowing and spit out. Avoid rinsing, if possible.

Contains Sodium Fluoride 0.15% w/w (1477ppm for F).
For adult use only. Do not use if the foil seal has been broken.
Discontinue use and consult your dentist or doctor if irritation occurs.
